Watchmaking Operator 100%

Mandated by a high-end Watch Manufacture located in the Bienne region, we are currently looking for a watchmaking operator (M/F)
The employee must be able to perform the following tasks:

• Assembly and pre-assembly of components
• Deburring and/or various manual tasks
• Loading and unloading of parts with tweezers
• Aesthetic and functional control of various watch components
• Work with the microscope and binoculars
• Versatility in the department as needed
• Simple blueprint reading and following procedures

For this mission, we are looking for a person possessing the following qualities:

• Holder of a CFC, AFP or title deemed equivalent
• Training and/or experience in a professional field requiring excellent dexterity such as seamstress, hairdresser, nail stylist
• Excellent vision and aptitude for repetitive tasks
• Willing to work in shift schedules
• Practical sense, rigor and soft skills
• Calm, meticulous and organized person
