DEMARCHE is looking for its Pro-Jet entity based in Nyon, a Deputy to the Head of the Landscaping Department, CDI, 80% Your missions As a deputy, you will assist the head of the landscaping department, particularly in the management of people in a position to be inserted (SeMo, AI) within the department, the execution of external landscaping mandates, and the transport of participants. • Co-manage, train, and support beneficiaries in their activities to develop their professional and personal skills and thus promote their re/integration into the labor market • Ensure the transport of beneficiaries (Nyon site - construction site, and vice versa) according to defined schedules and department needs • Participate in the execution of landscaping work: earthwork, drainage installations, laying of infiltration layers, foundations, roof greening / flower beds / hedges / meadows, park and promenade cleaning, lawn mowing, weeding, hedge and tree pruning, etc. • Ensure that technical standards and guidelines for green spaces and landscaping are respected • Participate in the evaluation of beneficiaries in relation to fixed objectives • Stay informed about the evolution of the sector and professional training, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of the sector • Ensure the replacement of the head of the landscaping department in case of absence • Ensure the supervision / management of beneficiaries welcomed within the other sectors present on the Nyon site, in case of absence of the manager We offer you • A creative, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment • Great autonomy in work • An annual internal continuing education program • Telecommuting possible according to convention • 6 weeks of vacation and flexible working hours Location Nyon Type of contract CDI Activity rate 80% Entry date 1st August 2026 or to be agreed Information www.demarche.ch Have you recognized yourself in this announcement?
