Accounts Payable Clerk D/E

Our client specializes in the manufacture of high-quality products. To strengthen the accounts payable team, they are looking for an experienced, resilient, and service-oriented person for a temporary employment.

Your tasks

• Booking, checking, and further processing of supplier invoices
• Processing and checking of expense reports and reminders
• Analyzing and maintaining all accounts payable master data including assisting with month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings
• Contact person for internal and external departments as well as correspondence with suppliers
• Carrying out regular process controls

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with professional experience in a similar position
• Further training in the field of finance and accounting is an advantage
• Good SAP and MS-Office skills are an advantage
• Team-oriented, open, and flexible personality
• Independent, precise, and process-oriented way of working
• German: stylistically proficient (C2) / English: good knowledge (B2)
