Your tasks

• Maintenance and development of continuous customer contact and first point of contact for technical and specialist questions
• Ensuring daily operational business in the area of technical and infrastructural building management in a larger shopping center
• Performance of maintenance and service work inside and outside the building as well as their seamless documentation
• Assignment, support, and monitoring of orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while complying with costs, deadlines, and quality standards
• Readiness for on-call duties (first intervention)
• Monitoring the maintenance and care of assigned machines, devices, and maintenance materials
• Coordination and control of the deployment of third-party companies for technical maintenance
• Direct contact with customers, subtenants, and other contact persons on site
• First point of contact for all matters relating to technical building management

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or further training as Dipl. Hauswart/in FA with experience in the technical field or in facility management
• Assertiveness, high social competence, and strong communication skills
• Responsible handling of customers
• Readiness for flexible working hours as well as independent, efficient, and reliable working
• Ensuring caretaker work according to customer wishes
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• French skills in speaking and writing
• Good user knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Driver's license category B.
• An impeccable reputation is a prerequisite
