Senior LKW-Disponent Europa (m/w/d)

Your tasks:
Planning and dispatching of international LKW transports in European long-distance transport
Economic control of the own fleet taking into account kilometers, costs, deadlines and quality
Optimization of vehicle utilization and continuous adjustment of tour planning
Monitoring of transports and rapid finding of solutions in case of changes or deviations
Creation and control of tour settlements
Examination of costs, revenues and profitability of individual transports
Price and condition negotiations with carriers, customers and business partners
Close cooperation with international partner freight forwarders, driving staff and internal specialist departments
Ensuring reliable and customer-oriented transport processing

Your profile:
At least ten years of experience in international LKW dispatching
Very good knowledge of the European transport market and long-distance transport
Experience in the economic dispatching of an own fleet on a kilometer basis
Profound knowledge in tour planning, vehicle utilization, cost control and settlement
Commercial training or comparable qualification in the field of freight forwarding and logistics
Strong organizational talent and decisiveness
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Negotiation skills and confident appearance
Very good German skills and good English skills
Confident handling of modern IT systems and digital applications
