For the residential home with school located in Echichens, we are looking for an Assistant Director School sector at 100% in CDI Your role As a member of the Management, you actively participate in the steering and development of the Foundation. Your activity is today mainly dedicated to the School sector (approx. 70%), for which you ensure smooth operation by supporting the pedagogical and therapeutic teams. You collaborate closely with the management of the Residential sector in order to guarantee a global and coherent vision of the children's journey. In an evolving institutional context, your agility and your ability to take on new responsibilities are essential. Your main missions * Steer the School sector, its teams, its budget and the quality of its services * Carry and develop the pedago-therapeutic coherence and the quality of student projects * Promote collaboration between School, Residential, families, networks and partners * Contribute to the reflections and decisions of the Management * Steer institutional and interdisciplinary projects and accompany the evolution of practices and the organization. Your profile * Master in special education or a title deemed equivalent * DAS in team management, or willingness to undertake this training quickly * Excellent knowledge of the Vaud school system and solid skills in team management * Ability to unite, to work interdisciplinary and to combine strategic and operational challenges * Ease with digital projects and tools * Experience in child protection and/or residential support: an asset.
