Managing Director (female) / Managing Director (male) (80–100%) Procap Grischun is looking for a dynamic, strategically thinking and operationally strong leadership personality as of 1. March 2027 or by arrangement. In this key role, you will take on the overall economic and personnel responsibility of our section, sustainably strengthen our association's position and specifically expand the cantonal offering. Your tasks Operational & personnel leadership: Management of the cantonal section, leading the team (incl. functional leadership in recruitment) as well as controlling volunteer management. Strategic development & quality: Demand-oriented expansion of the service offering (consulting, courses, meeting points, sport) and fulfillment of service contracts. Financial responsibility: Preparation of the budget, monitoring all financial flows and preparation of the annual financial statements. Representation of interests & fundraising: Active representation in committees, public relations, lobbying as well as strategic fundraising. Hub: Connecting link between the section board, the regional team and Procap Schweiz. Your profile Business administration or comparable training with several years of experience in company or association management. Demonstrable leadership competence in personnel and volunteer management. Negotiation skills, experience in dealing with service contracts and a strong network. High social competence and a pronounced understanding of social policy issues as well as the concerns of people with disabilities. Knowledge of social insurance law is an advantage.
