Your tasks
Technical and personnel leadership of the Professional Services team (approx. 10 Technical Project Leads and System Engineers)
Ensuring structured project execution as well as holistic support and guaranteeing smooth IT operations for our customers together with the team
Active participation in the planning, design and further development of customer environments
Standardization and optimization of operational processes as well as implementation of company standards
Coaching and further development of employees (technical and personal)
What you bring with you
Sound basic or further education in the field of informatics (EFZ/HF)
At least 3 years of practical experience in the area of technical / personnel leadership
At least 3 years of experience in the field of System Engineering
Very good specialist knowledge in our technologies: Microsoft 365 environment (M365, Intune, MDM, Teams), VMware (Horizon VDI, ESX)
Customer-oriented, independent and structured working style and teamwork skills
High communicative competence with customers and employees
Motivation for personal and technical development
High degree of self-organization
