Your role: Your mission is to provide operational support on the themes of food safety, occupational safety, quality, and sustainability. Very present in the field, within the French-speaking Switzerland area, you thus contribute to operational performance, compliance with company standards, and the continuous improvement of the company and management systems. You collaborate with kitchen and restaurant teams, weaving a strong relationship of trust. You monitor indicators and develop action plans. Within a team of 12 people, you build the HQSE processes and ensure certifications. You perform internal audits and have the capacity to manage emergency situations. You are responsible for the occupational health and safety management system. Benefiting from an STPS federal diploma, in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, you steer the entire process and maintain the ISO 45001 certification. Your profile: In order to fully thrive in this mission, you possess good knowledge of the catering or agri-food sector, you master food microbiology, HACCP standards, food safety regulations, and ISO standards. You have training related to the position. Ideally, you have experience as an auditor in catering or the agri-food sector. You are rigorous and conscientious. Capable of working with a lot of autonomy, you are also a good communicator. The position reports directly to the Management of the Quality and Sustainability department.
