Mandated by one of our clients, a bistronomic establishment, we are looking for: a chef de partie for a split-shift position

Job description ###

• autonomous work at the workstation (hot / cold)
• respect for standards and technical sheets
• rigorous application of HACCP standards
• contribution to the creative dynamics of the establishment
• split-shift work from Monday to Friday

Profile ###

• experience in a gastronomic or bistronomic establishment imperative
• adapts easily and quickly to the existing team
• Keen sense of organization and teamwork
• passionate, curious and great sense of detail
• You have at least a CFC cuisine and 5 years of experience
