Real Estate & Facility Manager

Main tasks - Takeover and management of selected production-related real estate and infrastructure projects in the environment of investment and growth projects in Baden, as well as in other locations as needed - Planning, coordination and implementation of projects in ongoing production operations, including scope clarification, scheduling and cost control, interface management, acceptance, documentation and handover - Operational relief of the Country Real Estate Manager through independent project management and consistent follow-up of open points Requirements - Several years of experience as a construction project manager, owner's representative, technical project manager, real estate project manager or infrastructure project manager, ideally in an industrial or production-related environment - Good understanding of construction, building technology, HLKS, electrical, access, fire protection, escape routes, media supply and projects in ongoing operations - Independent, pragmatic and assertive personality who quickly structures unclear requirements, prepares decisions and drives projects forward in a solution-oriented manner
