We are looking for a PCB Design Engineer to complement our team and make a decisive contribution to the development of innovative measuring devices and automation solutions at Flowtec AG with precise printed circuit board layouts. As part of an interdisciplinary environment, you will support the successful implementation of our products from development to manufacturing. Flowtec AG in Reinach develops and produces high-quality flow measurement devices that are used worldwide in a wide variety of process industries. Does developing complex printed circuit board layouts for innovative electronic products excite you? Would you like to work closely with development, production, and purchasing to bring high-quality solutions to series maturity? In this role, you will design the technical foundation of modern electronic assemblies and work with various specialist departments throughout the entire product lifecycle. The position is located within the Product Center organization and offers you the opportunity to actively help shape electronic innovations. Which tasks will you undertake? You will: • develop complex multilayer printed circuit board layouts based on existing circuit diagrams, taking into account manufacturing, testability, and EMC requirements • prepare manufacturing data for PCB manufacturers and external EMS service providers for the production of electronic assemblies • create and maintain components and libraries within the ECAD environment and ensure high data quality • create material masters for components and printed circuit boards in SAP and maintain bills of materials and technical documentation via the interface to Zuken • advise adjacent specialist departments such as development, purchasing, production, and material management on layout and component-related issues • actively participate in cross-functional projects as well as in IT-related topics for the further development of processes and systems What do we expect from you?
