3D Metrology Technician 100%

As a metrology technician, you will work with state-of-the-art 3D metrology on demanding components. You will further develop measurement methods, optimize processes, and work closely with production, development, and quality assurance. Your ideas are heard, implemented, and promoted through targeted further training.

What you will do:

• You program, optimize, and operate our 3D measuring machines (Hexagon)
• You accompany first article inspections, series releases, and final inspections and ensure the highest quality standards
• You continuously develop test plans, inspection instructions, and measurement methods
• You automate measurement tasks and increase the efficiency of our quality processes
• You perform demanding measurements on various measuring systems and evaluate the results
• You evaluate new measuring systems and actively contribute improvements to our processes
• You support the administration of our testing equipment

What you bring with you:

• Training as a polymechanic or comparable technical basic training
• Experience in programming 3D measuring machines (ideally with PC-DMIS)
• Good knowledge of metrology, quality inspection, and relevant standards such as ISO-GPS
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working
• Enjoyment in improving processes and taking on responsibility
• Very good German skills, French is an advantage
