About the role ##

Your mission will consist of designing and ensuring the reliability of cloud data pipelines essential to the daily decisions of energy traders. An ideal opportunity for recent graduates (Master / Engineer) wishing to quickly develop skills in cutting-edge cloud technologies.

Tasks ##

This position consists of developing, automating, and orchestrating robust data flows on AWS, while guaranteeing their quality to support our client's energy trading decisions.

• Design, build, and maintain data ingestion pipelines on AWS.
• Develop and optimize processing flows for the integration of heterogeneous data.
• Ensure proper orchestration of data flows and continuous integration of code.
• Implement automatic control and alert mechanisms to detect ingestion failures or anomalies.
• Apply security best practices and document data traceability.
• Create and manage reusable scripts, libraries, and automated data services.
• Collaborate with IT/DevOps teams to integrate flows into the existing technical ecosystem.

We are looking for ##

• Higher education degree (Master HES / EPFL or equivalent) in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Good mastery of SQL and Python.
• Practice of the AWS cloud environment (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift).
• Good level of English.
• Fluent French.

An asset if you possess

• Knowledge of orchestration & DevOps principles (Airflow, CI/CD, Docker).
