Then you have come to the right place. As a Quality Engineer in Customer Support, you make a decisive contribution to efficient quality management. You process customer returns independently and decide on your own responsibility about the appropriate method for problem analysis. In doing so, you act as a connecting interface between customer, development and sales and contribute significantly to quality enhancement, continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction.
