As part of our activity, we are looking for a

Quality Controller (M/F) to strengthen our team

Your missions

Part inspection: perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections in accordance with plans, specifications, and inspection instructions.

Quality controls: perform inspections upon receipt, during production, and before product release.

Use of measuring tools: perform measurements using suitable instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, scales, and specific inspection devices.

Monitoring of measuring equipment: participate in their identification, verification, and metrological monitoring, as well as the maintenance of associated records.

Management of non-conformities: identify and isolate non-conforming products, document discrepancies, and participate in their processing.

Documentation and traceability: complete inspection reports and guarantee the reliable recording of results.

Batch file inspection: verify the presence, compliance, and consistency of required documents and records before validation and release.

Management of reference parts: ensure their identification, monitoring, and archiving.

Continuous improvement: participate in the monitoring of corrective actions and contribute to the improvement of quality processes.

Quality documentation: participate in the update of forms, inspection instructions, and other quality documents.

Profile sought

Technical training or experience in quality control, metrology, or a similar industrial field.

TQ1 training in quality control, an asset.

Good ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications.

Knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional control methods.

Comfort with IT tools and document management.

Rigorous, methodical, precise person with a good analytical mind.

Sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously while collaborating with production.

Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written.
