Job Description * You will take over the scheduling and coordination of our service technicians for warranty assignments, repairs and maintenance for Northern and Western Switzerland in German and French. * You are responsible for the technical clarification and commercial processing of service and maintenance orders. * You process customer inquiries, offers and order placements, check material invoices and undertake further general office activities and administrative tasks. * In addition, you support the processing of external service providers or subcontractors. * Your other tasks include inventory management and transport processing of material deliveries. Qualifications * You have a completed technical or commercial training. * Professional experience in technical customer service/service is a plus. * You speak and write fluent German and have good to very good French skills. * You convince with strong teamwork and communication skills and a high understanding of service with direct customer contact. * A customer- and service-oriented systematic way of working as well as organizational skills are a matter of course for you. * You possess a technical affinity. * Knowledge of MS Office applications completes your profile, SAP knowledge is desirable.
