Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF, FH or DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional and ideally leadership experience in long-term care
• Experience in dealing with people with dementia or willingness to undergo further training in this area
• Empathic, appreciative and humorous personality
• Organizational skills as well as enjoyment of a responsible leadership task
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, French language skills are an advantage

Tasks ##

• Personnel and professional leadership of a nursing team in a dementia ward with 14 residents
• Organization and ensuring smooth ward operations
• Planning of duty rosters with Polypoint PEP
• Taking over daily responsibility
• Planning and leading team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports
• Holistic nursing and care of the residents according to current nursing standards
