As a Dipl. Nursing Specialist / Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, you want to lead people, promote potential and actively participate in the development of a surgical ward. For a modern health organization in Lucerne, we are looking for a committed leadership personality with a workload of 80 to 100% immediately or by arrangement. You will take over the management of a motivated nursing team, accompany changes with clarity and empathy, and ensure high-quality patient care together with your employees. This is what you can expect in this responsible task • Leadership and organization of a surgical nursing station with around forty beds and two merging teams • Ensuring professional, cordial and high-quality nursing care • Presence in nursing everyday life with technical accompaniment and support of employees and learners • Recognizing potential and participating in projects, process optimizations and new concepts • Active participation in digital developments and interprofessional collaboration This is what you bring • Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist / Nursing Specialist HF/FH (or equivalent training such as DN II, B.Sc.
