YOUR TASKS • Processing of mutations (entries and exits, purchases, withdrawals, divorces, etc.) and benefit cases (old-age, disability and survivor's benefits) • Point of contact for insured persons in the field of occupational pension provision as well as in other areas of social insurance • Cooperation with the personnel departments of the clinics, insured persons and authorities • Ongoing process optimizations in day-to-day business • Project support for the integration of clinics into the pension fund • Participation in all areas of pension fund administration <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in the field of social insurance or occupational pension provision • Professional experience in occupational pension provision (BVG) or in the social insurance sector is an advantage • Independent, structured and precise way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility • Strong service orientation and pleasure in contact with insured persons as well as internal and external stakeholders • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as good knowledge of French <br /> Are you ready to get started in an innovative environment?
