The Burghof Pestalozzi-Jugendstätte is an institution of the Stiftung Zürcher Kinder- und Jugendheime and offers 44 places for male youths and young adults aged 14 to 25 with social, educational and vocational integration needs. The offer includes four supervised living groups (three apprentice houses and one observation station), accompanied living, day living, internal vocational training in nine training companies, an internal school (VBH), the Training & Orientation department and the psychiatric-psychological service (PPD). We offer a diverse, flexible and modularized range of support, training, promotion and accompaniment for youths and young adults. Since January 2026, we have been building new departments, functions and offers. We are looking for committed specialists who want to actively shape this change with us and create new perspectives. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Arbeitsagoge/Arbeitsagogin Werkschule 65% ## Your challenge ### Accompaniment and support of youths aged 14 to 25 in interaction with a socio-pedagogical team. You are jointly responsible for the case management of your reference youths in an interdisciplinary team. In the sense of a participatory development plan, you can create development options with and for the youths. Your skills ### You have a basic vocational training and a vocational or social pedagogical education or are willing to undergo vocational pedagogical training. You enjoy working with youths, taking into account their resources, interests and development needs, and are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration. You are at least 30 years old, appreciate independent work, do not lose your calm and humor even in turbulent times, and are interested in developmental psychological and trauma pedagogical approaches.
