We are looking for you Project Manager Architect Project Development 100 %

Your tasks

•Definition of project goals in cooperation with real estate development
•Planning, steering, and monitoring of the project development process of real estate projects (new construction) for SIA phases 21 – 33 and ensuring the handover to the execution department and support into SIA 41
•Coordination of official approval processes and compliance with all relevant legal requirements
•Quality assurance as well as responsibility for compliance with norms and standards (SIA, building laws etc.)
•Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams consisting of architects, drafters, specialist planners, and other external, as well as internal specialists and specialist departments

Your profile

•Completed architecture studies (FH/ETH) or equivalent training
•At least five years of experience in project development
•You have experience with planning processes at municipal and cantonal levels and have a good understanding of development opportunities and solution approaches
•Confident handling of clients, authorities, and specialist planners
•Proven experience in execution planning
•Sound knowledge of Swiss building norms (SIA) and construction processes
•Very good user knowledge in CAD (preferably ArchiCAD), MS Office, Realview
•Personal strengths: communication skills, organizational talent, problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, and teamwork
