Company Description

You will become part of a dynamic team specializing in photovoltaic solutions and work closely with installation partners as well as industry professionals. In this role, you are responsible for developing the market in your region, with a focus on building and expanding a customer portfolio. Your area of responsibility includes identifying new business opportunities, approaching potential partners, and supporting them with suitable technical and commercial solutions.

Job Description

• Building and expanding a new customer portfolio in your region (especially ZH, AG, BS), particularly with PV installers, electricians, heating specialists, roofers, and related trades
• Development and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as identification of new business opportunities
• Advising customers through the elaboration of suitable technical and commercial solutions
• Close cooperation with the technical office to ensure high-quality support and smooth project execution
• Monitoring the PV market in German-speaking Switzerland to identify trends and growth potential

Desired Profile

• Native Swiss German, French or English skills an advantage
• Apprenticeship in electrical engineering or comparable or technical experience in the solar world
• Interest in sales tasks and pleasure in understanding customer needs and developing suitable solutions
• Team-oriented personality with enjoyment in collaborating with customers and technical contact persons
• Independent, proactive and result-oriented
