Your tasks Responsibility for static concepts from design to completion Preparation of tenders Management of cost and schedule as well as ensuring budget and timelines Leadership and technical guidance of project teams Technical construction management and construction supervision for complex projects Structural planning and implementation in concrete, steel and wood Risk management and finding solutions for technical and organizational challenges Your profile Education as a civil engineer ETH/FH with sound knowledge in structural engineering Several years of experience as project management in building construction (civil engineering experience an advantage) Independent project management with responsibility for quality, costs and deadlines Experience in cooperation with architects, specialist planners, authorities and entrepreneurs Structured, responsible and team-oriented way of working Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of AXIS VM and Messerli-Bau an advantage Very good German skills in speaking and writing
