HYDRO Exploitat Operations Specialist (m/f) HYDRO Exploitation SA is an important service provider, active especially in the field of operation and maintenance of energy generation plants. We combine all the required competencies under one roof, from maintenance personnel to engineering. We operate and maintain a plant fleet with more than 40 hydroelectric plants. Their installed capacity corresponds to approximately 22% of the capacity available from hydropower in Switzerland (25% including the pumping stations). Together, the plants operated by us generate about 16% of the electricity from hydropower in Switzerland. Thanks to our unique expertise, we offer our customers services with high added value, which satisfy their diverse needs as well as their high quality requirements. Our range of services is aimed at electricity companies, public institutions, transport companies, and industry. We are mainly active in Switzerland, but occasionally also carry out assignments abroad. Operations Specialist Workplace: Zermatt Your mission: You carry out necessary maintenance work in various hydroelectric power plants and participate in an interdisciplinary team in maintenance work on mechanical plant parts. Your tasks: Independent execution of repair and maintenance work at various hydroelectric power plants; Execution of orders in the area of plant management (maintenance work, periodic controls and inspections according to program and guideline); Participation in maintenance, renewal, and expansion work in the hydroelectric power plants; Application of the necessary safety, quality, and environmental regulations for a smooth workflow of the work; Ensuring on-call service; Completion of cleaning and environmental work. Your competencies: 2 to 3 years of experience in an industrial operation, preferably in a hydroelectric power plant; Independence and sense of responsibility; Willingness for teamwork and geographical mobility; Ability to master emergency situations.
