• Help shape and develop the internal communication of fedpol: manage existing channels and formats as well as design and implement new ones
• Design, write, and edit sophisticated texts for internal and external communication, mainly in German, especially speeches, presentations, and external publications, as well as preparing complex content in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner
• Write and publish content for digital communication channels (intranet, website, and social media) in a target-group-oriented manner and maintain and further develop the fedpol website
• Plan and implement communication projects and measures, for example, presentations, video productions, or employee events
• Advise the directorate and organizational units on communication matters

What makes you unique

• University degree in communication, media, or PR, several years of professional experience in communication, preferably in corporate or government communication
• Excellent written expression skills and proven experience in writing and editing sophisticated texts
• Strong conceptual and editorial skills as well as planning and organizational talent
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment, independent and structured way of working, high resilience, and networked thinking
• Interest in political processes and security policy issues
• Very good oral knowledge of a second official language as well as good English skills
