Today, we are looking for a

Medical Secretary at 50%

to complete our team starting January 1st 2027.

The 50% activity rate is distributed over half-days, from Monday to Friday.

And what if it were you?

Your missions:

• Management of admissions and discharges of residents in short and long stays, as well as beneficiaries of the CAT and tenants of the adapted apartments;
• Ensure the administrative follow-up, in general, of residents and beneficiaries of the CAT,
• Management, maintenance and follow-up of the medical files of the residents;
• Management of billing related to the services concerned;
• Administrative coordination with the various internal and external interlocutors in connection with the files followed.

Your background so far:

• You hold a CFC as a medical assistant, an assistant in community nursing and health care (ASSC), a nursing diploma or you hold a CFC as a commercial employee and have experience in the medical field or any other equivalent training;
• You have a first experience in the medical, medico-social field or in a similar administrative function;
• You are a rigorous, organized, autonomous person and comfortable with the management of confidential data, with a good sense of collaboration and contact;
• You like working in a team while being able to manage your files autonomously. You know how to keep your calm, your smile and, ideally, your sense of humor when the days decide not to quite follow the planned schedule.
