Pedagogical and educational referent at 40 % * You will be the reference person in the team for pedagogical and educational questions and will ensure the consistency of professional practices within the structure * You will accompany and support the team in its educational practices as well as in the management of particular or complex situations * You will actively participate in the supervision of children and ensure their well-being, their safety, and their development * You will develop and ensure the implementation of the structure's pedagogical project * You will ensure quality collaboration with families Direction at 30 % * You will ensure the direction, organization, and proper functioning of the structure * You will ensure the leadership, coordination, and support of the team * You will organize and plan the resources, the schedules, and the daily functioning of the structure * You will ensure the administrative management and the monitoring of the structure's budgets * you will ensure collaboration with families, schools, municipal services, and various partners * you will ensure compliance with legal provisions, directives, and requirements applicable to after-school care Your profile: * ES early childhood educator training required or a title deemed equivalent * Experience in team leadership, coordination, or in a position of responsibility * Confirmed experience in the educational field, ideally in after-school care * Strong pedagogical skills and a marked interest in the child and their development * Good organizational, planning, and administrative management skills * Interpersonal ease with children, families, collaborators, and various partners * Leadership, autonomy, sense of responsibility, and team spirit * Mastery of standard IT tools and good writing skills We offer: An interesting and varied activity within a dynamic structure and a committed team.
