Senior Consultant / Assessor (80% to 100%) The Avenir Group is a consulting company specialized in Human Resources Management with headquarters in Zürich. Throughout Switzerland, we are represented by our further locations Bern, Basel, Luzern, Chur and Lausanne. To strengthen our Assessment team, we are looking for a colleague for the Zürich location as Senior Consultant / Assessor (80% to 100%) In this varied function, you are responsible for the following tasks: Conducting individual and group assessments Creation of result reports Management of customer projects and customer mandates Customer care before and during the assessment Coaching conversations with the candidates Conceptual support for offers and projects You convince us with: University degree in Business Administration and/or Psychology (Uni or FH) Line or leadership experience or several years of experience in the field of personnel diagnostics at Senior and Executive Management level Good conceptual skills Self-confident appearance at all hierarchical levels High personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking and action Trustworthiness Proactive way of working, flexible and resilient personality Very good German skills; French and/or English are an advantage We offer you: An inspiring, professional environment, creative freedom and development opportunities on different levels as well as a successful, committed team.
