For the Salmenpark residential and care center in Rheinfelden, we are looking for from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement a Healthcare Specialist as a vocational trainer 80-100% Your tasks • Responsible for the organization, planning and implementation of learning support within the units • Contact person for our AGS and FaGe apprentices as well as for HF students • Holistic care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process • Planning and support of medical visits • Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach • Management of the care process as well as conducting case meetings • Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care • Assuming daily responsibility and coordination of the day team • Assuming tasks as a thematic manager of an assigned special subject with professional authority Your profile • A warm and humorous attitude • Completed training as a healthcare specialist EFZ • Completed vocational trainer training • SVEB 1 continuing education completed or willingness to follow it • Professional experience in long-term care desired • Confident communication in German, oral and written Why Tertianum?
