With the five focus themes women's medicine, pregnancy & birth, musculoskeletal system and rehabilitation, as well as palliative care, our 6000 inpatient patients annually benefit from state-of-the-art treatment centers under one roof – and that in the middle of one of the most beautiful hospital parks in Northwestern Switzerland. In our clinic for women's medicine, around 1'600 births and 2‘200 gynecological procedures are carried out annually by doctors employed at Bethesda Spital and attending physicians. The clinic for women's medicine is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The clinic for women's medicine offers modern and holistic medical care in the fields of gynecology, obstetrics and urogynecology. To strengthen our team in the area of pelvic floor therapy, we are looking for a dedicated and empathetic urotherapist with a desired workload of 60 - 80% starting from 01. September 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks Carrying out urotherapeutic treatments for patients with incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction or bladder emptying disorders Advising, training and instructing patients in the use of urological aids and therapy methods Close cooperation with doctors, nursing professionals, physiotherapists and other specialists Co-design and further development of the urotherapeutic offering Documentation of therapy progress in the electronic patient dossier What you bring Training as a urotherapist or dipl. nursing professional HF/FH with corresponding additional qualification in urotherapy Experience in the field of urogynecology, continence therapy or pelvic floor rehabilitation is an advantage Independent, structured and responsible way of working Empathy and strong communication skills in dealing with patients Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation We offer A varied and meaningful activity in a specialized field A respectful, dynamic, collegial working environment with short decision-making paths Modern infrastructure and contemporary working tools Support for further and continuing education Attractive employment conditions and regulated working hours Here you come to the employment conditions at Bethesda Are you a team player and interested in this exciting challenge?
