Nurse / Nurse Vocational Training Long-term Care

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with a vocational training function, you will care for residents in long-term care and simultaneously accompany HF students in their practical training. In Luzern, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement at a workload of 80 – 100 %. You will manage the nursing process, conduct training situations and competency assessments, and contribute to the professional development of the team.

• Competent, individual care and support of the residents
• Independent planning and organization of daily nursing care within the team
• Ensuring nursing quality and implementation of the nursing process
• Co-responsibility for the guidance and instruction of HF students
• Collaboration in an interprofessional team with high professional standards

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as DN II, BSc Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits und Krankenpflegerin or Krankenpfleger or respectively DGKP
• Vocational trainer course with SVEB certificate or the willingness to complete it
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
