Manager Accounting (m/w/d) The Güdel AG based in Langenthal (Switzerland, Canton of Bern) is an internationally active industrial company specializing in the area of engineering and manufacturing of linear and drive components. The company builds, among other things, automatic production lines, linear guides, gear racks, pinions, gearboxes, linear axes and portal robots for the automotive industry, railway, intralogistics, metal, tires, pharmaceuticals as well as systems for the aircraft industry. Manager Accounting (m/w/d) As Manager Accounting, you will take on a central role in the financial management of Güdel AG and specifically develop accounting, processes and the team in an international environment. Your contribution Technical and personnel leadership as well as targeted further development of the three-member accounting team Responsibility for bookkeeping, monthly and annual financial statements of several group companies in Switzerland and abroad according to OR, Swiss GAAP FER as well as local accounting Ensuring timely reporting to the group and management as well as correct intercompany reconciliations Coordination of local accounting, VAT and tax processes in cooperation with external partners Support in treasury management, particularly in the areas of liquidity planning, dunning processes and bank guarantees Coordination, control and documentation of the internal control system Support of international locations with accounting-specific questions Your skills and talents Federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable training or further education Several years of accounting experience in an internationally active company with a group structure, ideally in industrial, mechanical or plant engineering Proficiency in closing according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER as well as sound knowledge of VAT, tax and closing processes Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in the targeted promotion and further development of employees Very good knowledge of SAP FI and Excel; SAP CO/PS as well as MM/SD is an advantage High IT affinity as well as interest in digital tools and process optimizations Good German and English skills in spoken and written jpideada07ejm jit0832jm jiy26jm
