Tunnel Project Manager

As a consultant, you will be required to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by providing your expertise and skills. You are agile and eager to adapt to different working environments that will feed your curiosity to see what lies behind the closed doors of the largest projects in our clients' portfolios.

Tunnel Project Manager

Missions:

• Ensure the technical, organizational, and financial management of projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mobilize the necessary skills for each phase.
• Ensure the quality of services, respect for deadlines, and cost control.
• Maintain trusting relationships with project owners, partners, and authorities.
• Contribute to the development of activities related to tunnels and underground structures in Suisse romande.
• Share your knowledge and participate in the development of the team's skills.

Profile sought:

• Civil engineering degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in managing underground infrastructure projects, ideally railway or road tunnels.
• Proven experience in directing complex projects involving several stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of tunnels, Swiss practices, and standards. Experience in the romand market is particularly appreciated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
