For an internationally active industrial company with locations in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland, I am looking for a committed, service-oriented and entrepreneurial personality as an HR Business Partner (100%). In this role, you will act as a competent sparring partner for managers and employees and actively help shape the multilingual organization.

Your tasks

• Support and advice for managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Contact person for labor law, personnel-related and organizational issues
• Support for managers in the areas of performance management, personnel development and talent management
• Accompanying recruitment processes for specialists and managers
• Conducting employee appraisals, conflict resolutions and organizational changes
• Advice and support for change management projects
• Implementation and further development of HR processes, guidelines and standards
• Participation in strategic and operational HR projects
• Analysis of relevant HR key figures as well as derivation of suitable measures
• Close cooperation with payroll, HR administration and the specialist departments

Your profile

• Completed studies or further training in the field of human resources, business administration or comparable
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR generalist function
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law OR
• Experience in advising managers at various hierarchical levels
• High social competence, communication strength and advisory competence
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as high service orientation
• Confident handling of modern HR systems and MS Office
• Fluent German, French, English
