Dispatcher

Sequoia is a Zurich-based company with expertise in sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology and is part of a large company in the building technology industry. For an internal position, we are currently looking for an experienced dispatcher in the field of dismantling and installations.

Your tasks

• Planning and coordination of assignments of our employees and resources
• Monitoring and optimization of the assignment schedules
• Communication with customers, partners, and internal departments
• Ensuring a smooth flow of orders
• Processing short-term changes and challenges
• Obtaining permits
• Organizing accommodations for employees

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Experience in dispatching or in a comparable position
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good IT skills (e.g., MS Office, planning tools)
• Knowledge of the building technology industry is an advantage
