Your tasks ##

• Individual, professional and person-centered care and support of our residents.
• Accompanying residents in their individual daily routines, in living and leisure.
• Creating a safe and structured environment to promote the well-being of the residents.
• Close cooperation with relatives, interdisciplinary specialists and legal representatives.
• Taking over daily responsibility.
• Documentation of observations as well as care and nursing measures in the systems.

Your profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or an equivalence with SRK recognition, Elderly Care Specialist FA or comparable.
• Experience in using InterRAI is an advantage.
• Joy in imparting nursing expertise within the team.
• An open heart, high social competence and willingness to try new ways.
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit and joy in the nursing profession.
