Your tasks: • You support the Head of Care in organizing and leading the team, including creating duty rosters, ordering materials, and conducting and coordinating investigations in daily care. • With your appreciative and empathetic nature, you care for our patients and their relatives in a professional manner and respond to their individual needs. • You promote constructive interdisciplinary cooperation and thus make a significant contribution to ensuring high-quality care and support. Your profile: • You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH and already have initial leadership experience. • You are skilled in the application and implementation of nursing models, such as the Nancy Roper model, as well as in handling PCs and electronic patient documentation (KISIM, Polypoint). • Your heart beats for care and you convince through high motivation, commitment, and also assertiveness.
