We support our members through personal training, group classes, remote coaching, and nutritional monitoring. Our approach is based on the quality of supervision, human support, and adaptation to the needs of each person. We are currently looking for a motivated coach to join our team and participate in the development of the center. Your mission ## • Lead group classes in small groups. • Conduct personal training sessions. • Ensure the monitoring and support of members. • Participate in the creation of content for social media. • Perform certain business development tasks (follow-ups, prospect monitoring, making contact). • Contribute to the life of the center and its evolution. Profile sought ## • Passionate about training, coaching, and health. • Regular personal sports practice. • Comfortable with functional movements and working with: olympic barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, cardio training. • Good interpersonal skills and ability to create a positive experience for members. • Autonomous, dynamic, and proactive. • Comfortable with social media and content creation. Required training ## • Recognized sports coach training. • Level equivalent to EREPS level 4, Fitspro, Bachelor in sports science or higher education. Conditions ## • Employment contract. • Activity rate: 20%. • Fridays with split shifts. • Possibility of activity rate evolution according to the development of the center. • Start date: as soon as possible.
