What you will accomplish

• As the first point of contact, you support external wealth managers in their daily banking operations, for example for the opening of accounts, account management, and stock market orders.
• You clarify client requests in different areas, from investment management to credit.
• You assist our client advisors in daily operations, notably in the preparation and follow-up of client interviews.
• For any questions relating to e-banking, you are a support for our clientele.
• You participate actively in projects to optimize work processes and in the development of the sector.

What you bring

• You have completed commercial training or equivalent in the financial sector.
• You already have initial professional experience in the banking field.
• Ongoing or completed continuing education at HF or FH level is an advantage.
• The field of investments interests you and you wish to deepen your specialized knowledge in this sector.
• In contact with clients, you convince with a respectful and confident attitude.
• You possess excellent knowledge of German. Knowledge of English is an asset.
