What you can contribute

• Regularly verify what the regulatory requirements are regarding therapeutic products and ensure that processes, documentation, and training are adapted accordingly
• Drive and continuously improve key quality processes (change control, non-compliance, CAPA, complaints)
• Support audits and inspections by authorities, from preparation to the implementation of resulting measures
• Participate in the development of the quality management system; write relevant product quality reports (PQR) and management reviews in German
• Successfully complete interdisciplinary projects related to quality in the field of medicines, medical products, as well as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP)

What makes you unique

• Higher education in pharmacy, life sciences, medical technology, or a similar field; continuing education in quality management
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry and, ideally, in regulated production and distribution environments (GMP, GDP)
• Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical quality management; experience with key quality processes (is an asset)
• A person focused on finding solutions and possessing a sense of organization, communication, and responsibility
