Thanks to your sense of anticipation, you play a key role in the performance of our fresh meat production ### What you accomplish * You develop, manage, and optimize short, medium, and long-term production plans for the hair animals sector (beef, veal, lamb) * You plan and steer slaughtering and cutting processes, while guaranteeing optimal valorization of raw materials, with a particular focus on the supply of meat intended for deli meats * You coordinate capacities with the different production sites and adapt planning flexibly in case of deviations, constraints, or disruptions * You monitor stocks, identify risks throughout the value chain, and implement appropriate measures * You analyze data and simulate different scenarios in case of changes in demand, supply delays, or production interruptions * You collaborate closely with production, sales, purchasing, logistics, and other internal partners, and actively participate in planning and coordination meetings * You guarantee high availability of goods and contribute to the economic optimization of stocks and processes * You actively participate in the continuous development, digitalization, and automation of planning processes in SAP ### What you bring * Bildung: Completed initial or continuing education * Specialization: Completed vocational training, associated with a strong affinity for IT and systems, as well as a marked interest in data-based planning and process optimization * Professional experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the meat sector or the food industry is an asset. * Experience with SAP IBP, SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA as well as excellent knowledge of Excel * Analytical mind and ability to understand complex interactions, with strong ease in analyzing figures * Initiative, sense of responsibility, and ability to maintain an overview, even in a dynamic environment * Team spirit, excellent communication skills, and pleasure in collaborating with different departments * Experience in production, material, or Supply Chain planning, an advantage * French (B1) * German (A2) * English (ADVANTAGEOUS) ### Recruitment process * Pre-selection of applications * Interview with HR and the specialized department * Final interview before the establishment of the contract * Offer and establishment of the contract (digital) Contact Madame Sabrina Zimmermann Did not find a matching position?
