Within the Domaine de Compétences(DC)Ainés, we welcome aging people with disabilities, presenting an intellectual deficiency and/or an autism spectrum disorder. Our multidisciplinary team supports them daily in an adapted, respectful, and stimulating setting. In order to complete our team, we are looking for a:
You will join a committed and supportive team, working in several homes of 8 beneficiaries, where proximity and the quality of the bond are essential. Your role consists of supporting the welcomed persons in their daily lives, with benevolence and respecting their individual rhythm, while taking the aging process into account.
Your mission
Provide basic care
Provide well-being, comfort, and safety care
Provide nursing support to beneficiaries in addition to the institutional nurses while collaborating closely with the educational teams.
Your profile
Training as an Assistant in Community Health and Care
Desired experience in the field of mental disability, elderly people, or palliative care
Positive and constructive spirit
Autonomy and flexibility
Driving license mandatory
