Certified Nursing Professional HF/FH – Focus Psychiatry 50–70% (a)
Your tasks
Independent implementation of the entire nursing process and implementation of nursing at the customer's premises
Conducting the needs assessment using the interRai-CMH instrument
Accompanying customers with psychiatric illnesses at their homes and practicing everyday practical skills
Building a trusting and sustainable relationship with the customers
Promotion and empowerment of independence, autonomy, stability and quality of life
What you bring with you
Diploma Nursing HF/FH or equivalent training
Several years of experience in psychiatry
Driver's license Cat. B
Independent, reflective and resilient personality
Enjoyment of relationship work and networked thinking
Empathy, team spirit and desire to take on responsibility
