Specialist Finance and Accounting 80-100% (m/f/d)

Our client is a leading Swiss company based in the Canton of Aargau, which has established an excellent reputation through the realization and manufacture of custom engineering solutions. The company impresses with a modern, innovative production environment as well as short decision-making paths in a collegial working environment. To strengthen the team in the Finance department, we are looking for a dedicated personality as a Specialist Finance and Accounting (80-100%).

Your tasks

• Budget planning and assistance with process optimizations in the finance area
• Processing of all payment transactions including liquidity planning
• Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable including customer and supplier contact
• Creation of customer invoices as well as implementation of the dunning process
• Management of the cash desk including expense reports
• Independent management of the financial accounting for several companies
• Performance of account reconciliations and VAT settlements
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR
• Assumption of special administrative tasks for the executive management and board of directors
• Contact person for fiduciary services, audit bodies, and authorities

Your profile

• Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in industrial SMEs
• Commercial qualification with further training in accounting
• Sound knowledge of Swiss tax and value-added tax law
• Proficient in the preparation of financial statements according to the Code of Obligations
• Routine in handling ERP systems and Excel
• Business-fluent German, English is an advantage
• Precise, structured, and independent way of working
• Reliable, discreet, and resilient personality
• Team-oriented with a pragmatic, solution-oriented attitude
