The position is located in the Manufacturing area. The Manufacturing & SCM sub-project is part of a program that currently consists of two design projects:

• Manufacturing: Introduction of Dynamics 365 FSCM as well as redesign of our existing PDM/PLM system Windchill for our branches with a focus on development and production, including the integration with Engineering Change Management (ECM) in D365
• Sales & Service: Dynamics 365 as an integrated ERP/CRM solution with advanced processes for our sales branches worldwide

After the design phase, we will roll out the solutions in further branches.

Senior ERP Consultant Manufacturing & SCM – Dynamics 365 FSCM (w/m/d) 80-100%

Your tasks

• You lead the Manufacturing & SCM stream during the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM and are responsible for the results, deadlines and quality of your sub-project
• You coordinate the internal project participants from IT and specialist departments as well as the external implementation partners
• Together with the process owners, you analyze and design the business processes in production, material requirements planning, procurement, logistics and export
• You configure D365 FSCM in your modules yourself, specify requirements for development and accompany tests, training and go-live
• After go-live, you are responsible for the operational support of your modules: you are the contact person for the specialist departments, design change requests, support subsequent roll-outs and develop the solution sustainably

Your profile

• You have a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering or a similar field
• You bring many years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM in the areas of production and supply chain, including the configuration of the system
• You have sound knowledge in several of these areas: production planning and control, material requirements planning, procurement, warehouse logistics as well as export and customs. Experience with engineering change processes and the integration of PLM systems (e.g., Windchill) is a plus
• You have already gained experience in the (sub-)project management of international ERP projects and enjoy taking responsibility
• You communicate in a target-group-oriented manner at all levels, from the end user to the executive management
• You are a reliable, resilient and team-oriented personality, work independently and are willing to travel
• You speak fluent German and English
