In order to strengthen our Finance team based in Nyon, we are looking for a senior Accountant capable of evolving in a dynamic, demanding, and transforming environment. Experienced Accountant (M/F) - 100% Your mission Within the Finance department, you actively contribute to the quality of SwissCaution's financial information and participate in the company's closing and reporting processes. You work in close collaboration with the various internal teams and intervene across the entire accounting cycle. Your responsibilities General accounting • Full management of financial accounting • Ensure cash flow monitoring and participate in liquidity forecasting • Prepare VAT and stamp duty returns • Continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls • Point of contact for the various stakeholders Closings and reporting • Prepare monthly and annual closings • Record depreciation, provisions, accruals and other closing operations • Produce and analyze financial statements for the group • Participate in exchanges with internal and external auditors • Guarantee the quality of accounting documentation and compliance with procedures Your profile • Federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or training deemed equivalent • Several years of experience in general accounting and financial closings • Very good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards • Experience in a regulated environment or in the insurance sector is an asset • Mastery of French; knowledge of German appreciated • Good mastery of IT tools and a marked interest in the digitalization of processes What characterizes you • Rigor and attention to detail • Analytical spirit and solution orientation • Autonomy and sense of responsibility • Excellent organizational skills and priority management • Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge • Ability to evolve in a demanding environment while respecting deadlines What we offer you • A key position within the Swiss leader of its sector • A stimulating environment offering autonomy and responsibilities • The possibility to actively participate in the evolution and improvement of financial processes • Flexible working conditions with the possibility of teleworking • Attractive social benefits and many employee advantages • A modern working environment in Nyon, within an engaged and benevolent team We look forward to receiving your application.
