Contribute

• Organization and preparation of the outpatient urological consultation
• Assistance during the consultation as well as support with urological investigations and interventions
• Operating the telephone as well as providing information to internal and external bodies
• Performing blood collection as well as ensuring the pre-analytical processing of urine samples
• Performance recording according to TarDoc
• Management and maintenance of electronic patient files, including recording and updating patient data as well as case closures
• Taking over deputy duties during absences within the team
• Execution and organization of the ordering process

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist with a flair for administrative activities or training as a Medical Practice Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) with corresponding professional experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as sound knowledge of medical terminology
• Quick comprehension as well as an independent, structured and careful way of working
• Strong teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Resilience and flexibility
• Strong service orientation
