We are looking for, An HR manager at 60% ## Your mission: ### • Ensure the complete management of the employee life cycle • Prepare salaries and monitor social insurance • Declare and monitor cases of illness and accidents • Develop institutional training plans • Ensure internal communication • Manage recruitment • Support managers in conducting interviews and evaluations • Establish and control year-end statements • Monitor the budget and indicators Your profile: ### • Federal certificate as a human resources specialist or equivalent • Experience in a similar function • Relational ease • Excellent mastery of common computer tools, including advanced Excel • Knowledge of SAI-NET would be a plus • Computer skills and ability to adapt to different tools and work methods • Writing, organization, and planning skills • We offer you: a dynamic setting, varied work, attractive working conditions.
