As a Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for the technical leadership of approx. 12 employees and coordinate with your colleagues the activities for the shift (no night work, but late shift) of the employees. In doing so, you ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and safety. In daily business, you work operationally with the team. You sand, blast, putty, prime and paint our rolling stock and work with various 2K paint systems on a water and solvent basis using AirMix and conventional painting processes. As a Shift Supervisor, you are the first point of contact for questions regarding execution, quality and safety for employees in the shift. In addition, you promote and support the development of the team through consultation with the supervisor. This requires an open feedback culture.
